This 6 session course helps parents and carers of children aged 5-11 to understand their child’s feelings, manage conflict in the family and to understand how their child expresses and receives love.

This 8 session course helps parents and carers of teenagers to embrace the changes brought about by the teenage years. These sessions will help you to stay connected to your child and to build a strong relationship during this time.

This 4 session course focuses on how you and your child can understand and manage anger in a safe and healthy way.
Time Out for Parents - Children with Additional Needs
This 7 session course gives an opportunity for parents and carers of 3-11 year olds with a disability or additional need to share and support one another. Each session focuses on helping you to meet your child’s needs.

This 4 session extension of the Children with Additional Needs course is designed to give extra support to parents and carers of children with ADHD.
Children on the Autism Spectrum
This 4 session extension of the Children with Additional Needs course is designed to give extra support to parents and carers of children on the Autism Spectrum.
Left to their Own Devices
This 2 hour session is designed to help parents and carers to safely navigate the online world with their children. This session is mainly aimed at parents of primary aged children.

Aimed at expectant and new parents, this 1 hour session suggests simple and effective tools which can help those who parent together to look after their relationship and relate well to each other.
